This is the input section of the outline. Usually I bring notes from the In Basket to the appropriate section where OnAdd prototypes the note accordingly. Otherwise, I create new note with a quick Highlight Project, Hit Return, Title the note, Return and Tab. This drops the note into the appropriate section where OnAdd does it's prototyping.
