Agents collect aliases of notes that match a particular query. Deleting the alias is futile (and risky). That is why I color my agents Red! This is actually a good thing. I find that it is more constructive to save the creation and modification of projects and actions for a separate time. When it is time to get work done, focus on monitoring and choosing actions from within the Agent section of the GTD Template. If you discover something you need to add, just drop it into the In Box which I leave open at the bottom as a separate Map View.
